京都大学情報環境機構教育用コンピュータシステムを昨年度から継続して ご利用の皆様に，利用資格の確認を下記の要領で実施させて頂きます．

資格確認の対象者

利用コード更新手続きの要/不要を，6月27日(月)から，メールで順次お知らせします．

学生の方へ

• 件名(Subject)に「<利用更新>ECS-ID 利用資格確認が必要です : You NEED to Confirm Your User's Qualification of ECS-ID」と記載されたメールを受け取られた方で，引続き，教育用コンピュータシステムのサービスを希望される場合は，「更新手続き」に沿って手続きを行ってください．

※ ECS-IDの利用停止を希望される方は，更新手続きは不要です．なお，停止すると教育用メールサービスの自動転送機能も停止します．

• 件名(Subject) に 「ECS-ID 利用資格確認不要のお知らせ : You need NOT Confirm YourUser's Qualification of ECS-ID」と記載されたメールを受け取られた方は手続き不要です．
   

教職員の方へ

件名(Subject)に「<利用更新>ECS-ID 利用資格確認が必要です : You NEED to Confirm Your User's Qualification of ECS-ID」と記載されたメールを受け取られた方で，引続き，次に示します教育用コンピュータシステムの1～４のサービスで１つでも必須である方や，教職員グループウェア用ID（SPS-ID）の取得が不可能な方は，「更新手続き」に沿って手続きを行ってください．

＜教育用コンピュータシステムのサービス＞
１．教育用コンピュータ端末,CALL端末の利用
２．学習支援システム Blackboard Learning System(旧名称 WebCT)
３．教育用メールサービス
４．スパコン利用(情報学研究科所属者の機関・部局定額利用に限る)

※ ECS-IDの利用停止を希望される方は，更新手続きは不要です．なお，停止すると教育用メールサービスの自動転送機能も停止します．

※ SPS-IDの取得につきましては，次のURLをご覧ください．

※  学内身分が学生から教職員となった方は，ECS-IDからSPS-IDによるサービス移行をご検討ください．　

※　図書館機構のMyKULINE利用においては，SPS-IDのアカウント長が21文字以上ある場合は，SPS-IDでご利用になれませんので,ECS-IDをご利用ください

更新手続き

1. 更新手続受付期間

　平成23年6月27日(月)から7月22日(金)まで
　この期間にご来館いただくことが難しい場合は，共同利用担当南館窓口までご相談ください．

2. 手続き

　身分証(京都大学発行)をお持ちの上，下記受付所へお越しください．

　手続きには，京都大学発行の身分証を持参してください．
　あらかじめ利用継続申請書(登録内容の変更)をダウンロードし，必要事項を記入の上，京都大学発行の身分証とともに，受付へご提出ください．

3. 受付場所

• 学術情報メディアセンター南館1F，共同利用担当南館窓口（075-753-9000）

  土・日・祝日を除く9:00～17:00　昼休みも受け付けます

• 学術情報メディアセンター北館1F，共同利用担当北館窓口（075-753-7424）

  土・日・祝日を除く9：00-12：00, 13：00～17：00

代行受付所

• 桂キャンパス：工学研究科附属情報センター（Ｂクラスター事務棟2F北端，075-383-7365）

  土・日・祝日を除く10:00～12:00, 13:00～16:00

• 宇治キャンパス：附属図書館宇治分館（077-438-3009）

  土・日・祝日を除く9：00-17：00

• 医学部構内：医学図書館（075-753-4323）

  土・日・祝日除く9：00-21：30,　土曜　10：00-15：30

• 霊長研図書室，原子炉実験所図書室，アジアアフリカ地域研究研究科図書室，農学研究科図書室，理学研究科（化学）図書室でも受付けています（075-753-9000）

4. その他

• 期間中に更新手続を行わなかった場合，当該利用コード(ECS-ID)を停止致しますのでご注意ください．
• 上記期間および場所での手続きが難しい場合は当担当までご相談下さい．
• 授業開始時間前後はシステム負荷が高いため，手続きに時間がかかることが予想されますので，他の時間帯にお越し頂くことをおすすめします．

For staff and Faculty members

• You received a mail 「<利用更新>ECS-ID 利用資格確認が必要です : You NEED to Confirm Your User's Qualification of ECS-ID

If you need to use one of more services of ECS-ID in following lists or you can not take out SPS-ID, please follow the procedure.

Services of ECS-ID 

1. The PCs of the Educational Computer Systems and the CALL systems

2. Blackboard Learning System(WebCT)

3. Online Reservation System for SCS

4. Supercomputer systems (**)

(**) Provided only to members of the Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University with flat-rate service.

• No verification necessary if you want to disconnect ECS-ID services. But in that case, message forwarding of ECS DEEPMail also be stopped.
• MyKULINE of the Kyoto University Library is not available, if the number of your SPS-ID is more than 21-digit, please keep using ECS-ID.

Procedures for verifying eligibility

1. period for acceptance

From June 27th To July 22th 2011.

2. Procedures

• Download Registration Form and fill in it completely．
• Bring your ID Card (issued by Kyoto University) and Registration Form to our office by July 22th 2011.

4. Note

• If the above procedures are not completed during the specified period, your User ID will be suspended.
• Please consult our staff if you cannot visit our office during the above period.
• We recommend visiting our office at other times of the beginning of class periods for heavy system demand.
