If you change the PC you use due to personnel changes,
you need to be able to use tue multi-factor persona TOTP at the new location.

Please make sure to check before transferring and follow the steps below to enable TOTP.

1. Work to be done on the PC that has obtained TOTP before the transfer

Please follow the procedure described in Step 1 on page 13 titled "【Additional setting 1】Display and use TOTP on another PC (or Web browser)" of the manual to create the "authenticator.json" file on the PC before the transfer.

2. Work to be done on the PC to be used at the new location

Please follow the procedure described in Step 2,3 and 4 on page 17-21 titled "【Additional setting 1】Display and use TOTP on another PC (or Web browser) " of the manual to configure the settings on the PC at the new location.
