History of the IIMC

Apr, 2005	The Institute for Information Management and Communication was established.
Apr, 2011	The IT Planning Office was established.
May, 2011	The Integrated Authentication Center in Information Management Department was transferred to IIMC.
Apr, 2012	ICT Strategy Committee was established as the whole university committee.
Jul, 2013	ICT Basic Strategy in Kyoto University was determined at the Board of Executive Directors.
Apr, 2014	The Integrated Authentication Center was closed down and ICT Support Center was established.
Jun, 2017	The Web Planning Office was established.
Mar, 2022	ICT Basic Strategy 2022 was determined at the Board of Executive Directors.
Apr, 2023	The Web Planning Office was closed down.
Jan, 2024	The IT Planning Office was closed down. The Center for Information Technology Infrastructure and the Center for Open Science and Data Management were established.
