Failure of Multifactor One Time Password Notification Emails

We have currently resolved the issue in which one-time password notification emails were flagged as spam.

(Following is a previous notice)

Since 12 July (Friday) at around 13:00, the one-time password notification email has been marked as spam.

If you don't receive the email notification or can't find it in your inbox, we recommend that you check your spam box.
If you're using email software, you may not be able to find the email notification if it's sorted as spam.
We ask you to check your webmail.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

We are currently investigating the causes.
