The issue where some regular emails were mistakenly classified as spam, which occurred around 1 PM on Friday, July 12, has been resolved as of 8:30 AM on Thursday, July 18.
However, since the issue of regular emails being mistakenly classified as spam occasionally occurs, we kindly ask that you regularly check your spam folder.(Click here for instructions on how to check)
