Impacts to users:
One of the servers of the authentication system stopped due to a cloud infrastructure failure. As a result of this impact, situations such as timeouts occurring during authentication, single sign-on being disconnected and requiring re-authentication, might have occurred.
The system was restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and trouble that you may have had.
