[KUMOI] Student mail not available in some mailers(IMAP)

Mailers (Thunderbird, macOS Mail app, etc.) may not be able to connect via IMAP with Exchange Online (outlook.office365.com). It's depend to the network environment of users, IIMC is requesting Microsoft to investigate and restore it.
