Since around 10:00 p.m. on September 5, we have been experiencing degraded responsiveness in part of the storage system.

We have been carrying out temporary mitigation measures today while keeping the service in operation. 

However, it is difficult to fully resolve the issue without temporarily suspending the service.
Therefore, in order to perform recovery work, access to the login nodes and application server will be temporarily suspended from 6:00 p.m. on September 6.

Please also note that any processes running on the login nodes and application server at the start of the maintenance will be terminated. 

The service resumption time has not yet been determined. We will provide another update on the status during the morning of September 7.
