Delay of the transceiving mail

There are loads on all-university mail delivering system at the moment.
Due to that, there are delay of transceiving mail(few minutes to 20 or 30 minutes delay).
We are now investigating the cause and working hard to solve the problem.
The delay is estimated to be deminished.
