[Already fixed] KUINS network is unavailable in North Campus due to power failure

Due to power failure, KUINS newtork in North Campus is unavailable.
It's under fixing. The updated information will be posted later on.

Almost all areas are back to normal except the below buildings
- Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences (3rd floor) <-- KUINS switch was broken due to the power failure. It will be fixed within today.
- Botanical Classroom Annex
- Gnotobiotron Room

All devices are working as normal.
The system is back to normal.
