(Already Restored) Network failure of remote site

Due to the heavy rain since last weekend, the access line of Gifu Information Super Highway is partially unavailable. Because of that, the network in the following sites are currently inaccessible.
- Kamitakara Observatory
- Hida Astronomical Observatory
- Hodaka Sedimentation Observatory
It will be fixed on 11th July 2018.
The network was all restored.
