We cannot send emails to Outlook.com（Hotmail）from the on-campus mail server(including KUMail)

We couldn't send emails to Hotmail (hotmail.com, hotmail.co.jp, outlook.com etc) from the on-campus server(including KUMail), however, we can send mails by changing the delivery route of the transmitting mail server as an interim measure at the moment.
There might be the case that some mails will be judged as a spam mails even now. In that case,please cancel the settings from the spam mails if the mails were separated to the spam mail folder such as Outlook.com or add the sender's mail address in the sender's safe list from the option or add "kyoto-u.ac.jp" domain. Then it works.
