Connection error in the information socket with Web authentication

There is an error such as not being connectable with the Firefox and Internet Explorer(the latest version) in using information socket with Web authentication.
We are now checking the device and searching the solution.
We regret to ask you to substitute to Wireless LAN for a while?
- Staff on campus(Students and Faculty & Staff) can use their SPS-ID or ECS-ID to use「KUINS-Air」
- Those who are from off-campus, stayed temporarily and have eduroam account can use eduroam account to use「eduroam」
- Those who don't have edurouam account can use their visitor's account to use 「eduroam」
are available.
