No connection to PPTP server (pptp1.iimc.kyoto-u.ac.jp) for north campus

We carried out the operation for network device renewal in North Campus today. Dec.22 from 0:00.
The operation itself had been completed, however, users can't access to PPTP server (pptp1.iimc.kyoto-u.c.jp) even now.
Due to this, you can't connect to the VLAN in north campus with PPTP fixed VLAN connection.
