Please be advised that we will conduct the following work in order to strengthen the prevention of spoofing
of outgoing emails for KUMail (~@kyoto-u.ac.jp) and secondary group (~@mail2.adm.kyoto-u.ac.jp).

Work detail：Change the sending domain authentication DKIM settings from third-party authentication to creator authentication

Work date and time ：10th December（Sunday）, 10:00-12:00

We expect the delivery rate of the following emails is improved.

・Email sending and automatic forwarding using KUMail

・Email delivery to secondary group members

You can continue to use email as usual during working hours. No settings are required by the user.

We also plan to configure sending domain authentication DMARC in January 2024. Details will be announced later.
