Maintenance of SINET device(Oct.26)

SINET device maintenace will be performed during the following period.
Date and time : (Thu) Oct 26th, 2023 0:00 - 5:00
Basically, there will be no connection outage, however the device will be restarted if necessary. In that case, the outage will happen as follows.
- the connection to KUINS and SINET connection services with redundancy support : momentary stop twice
- SINET connection services without redundancy support : five minutes outage once
Range affected : the communication to on-campus and off-campus
