- The management of students' account（ECS-ID) ：Activation，Changing password，Mail forwarding setting, ID issuance
- The management of Faculty and Staff account(SPS-ID)：Activation，Changing password,extension, ID issuance
- To the Department Manager: Digital application for the account of Faculty and Staff，CSV downloading
