Dear faculty and staff members,

We will be performing equipment maintenance in the telecommunication service building on October 17 from noon to 1 PM. During this work, our telephone service will partly be interrupted several times, with each outage lasting 5-10 minutes.

At Katsura Campus:
- Extension calls between Yoshida Campus and Katsura Campus will not be available.
- Extension calls within Katsura Campus and outside calls from there will not be affected by this maintenance activity.

In Kumatori area:
- Extension calls from/to Kumatori area will not be available.
- Extension calls within the area and outside calls from there will not be affected by this maintenance activity.

Please be sure to use outside lines if you need to make a call between the affected areas during the maintenance window.
