Upgrading Software License Management Support Tool

Dear KU colleagues,
On June 28, 2022, IIMC will perform maintenance on our Software License Management Support Tool to upgrade it to a new version. The maintenance will start at 6 PM and last for about one hour. Since the service may be disrupted for a few minutes, please avoid using the SML Support Tool during the maintenance window.
This upgrade will fix an issue where Windows users whose user name includes a whitespace character may experience an error when scanning their software inventory.
