To all graduate students who advanced directly from the faculties of Kyoto University
This information is for the graduate students (master and doctor course) who meet trouble changing their password by facing an error message.
A request to change the password was sent for the students who advanced master or doctor courses from other courses (undergraduate, non-degree or other graduate courses) of Kyoto University.
If you face these error messages

・EX-001
"Activation Notice" or "NOTICE for Changing Password" has been issued for This ID.
Please change your password with Activation Key (Password Change Key) on the notice via the Account Activation site.
To students who stay Kyoto University or enroll in the graduate school of Kyoto University in the New Academic year, please read this through.

Please change your password by following steps, starting from our top page https://www.iimc.kyoto-u.ac.jp/en/
1. Click "To change password For SPS-ID, ECS-ID" that appears at the upper right of the top page.
2. Click "Login to Activation"
3. Enter your ECS-ID and activation key
4. Enter your new password
