Issue with Double-Booking Confirmation Dialog in Garoon Facility Reservations

There was an issue with the facility reservation feature in Garoon, as detailed below.

Issue
When adding a recurring appointment, the confirmation dialog for double-booking was not displayed, allowing the reservation to be saved even if there was a conflict.

Cause
This was caused by the Garoon routine maintenance conducted by Cybozu, Inc. on May 10, 2026.

Affected Users
Users who added a recurring appointment and reserved a facility between May 10 and May 18, 2026.

Future Actions
We are currently reviewing the facility reservation schedule for approximately the next two years to check for any double bookings.
If any overlap is found, we will contact those affected individually in due course.
