Main updates:
- The form layout has been redesigned to make it easier to read and use.
- A new “Inquiry Details” field has been added in addition to the existing “Inquiry Type”

By selecting both the “Inquiry Type” and the “Inquiry Details” we aim to streamline the assignment process and provide a quicker response.
