Termination of PPTP and SSTP Service

We have offered PPTP, IKEv2, SSTP and OpenVPN as a method to connect to Kyoto University Network from outside Kyoto University (VPN service).
PPTP and SSTP out of the above services will be terminated at the end of December, 2020.
If you are using these services, we would like to ask you to switch the service.
PPTP Users: IKEv2 is recommended.
SSTP Users: OpenVPN is recommended.
If you currently have a client certificate, you can continue to use it for another VPN service. (if it is within the time limit)
