About the support for IPv6 of proxy server

Proxy server started to support IPv6 on Feb.2,2018.
It gives priority to the IPv4 and is available only in IPv6 site.
- IPv4 website ... Connected with IPv4.
- The website which registers IPv4 and IPv6 ... Connected with IPv4.
- IPv6 website ... Connected with IPv6.
