京都大学では，平成23年12月より，Microsoft社に委託し，Live@eduを利用した，新しい「学生メール」のサービスを開始しました．これに伴い，現在ご利用いただいている DEEPMail を利用した学生用メールシステムはご利用いただけなくなります．メールシステムの移行に伴い，皆さまに注意事項とお願いがございますので，必ず期間中に対応していただきますようお願い致します．

ご注意

●　DEEPMailは平成24年5月末をもって利用できなくなります.

●　DEEPMailのメールアドレス(.ecs.kyoto-u.ac.jp または .mbox.media.kyoto-u.ac.jp）への着信は平成26年5月末まで,利用者が設定したメールアドレスへ転送することができます.

１．メールシステムの移行をお願いします．

■学生の方　および　教職員以外の方

期間までに新しい「学生メール(Live@edu)」を取得し移行してください．

SPS-ID（教職員グループウェア用ID）をお持ちかご確認ください．

２．DEEPMailにメールの転送設定をしてください．

DEEPMailのメールアドレスへの着信は平成26年5月末まで,利用者が設定したメールアドレスへ転送することができます.
平成24年5月末までにDEEPMailの転送設定に，転送したいメールアドレスを設定してください．

Change of E-mail Services for Students (A New Service is started)

The university has decided to change E-mail service for students to Microsoft Live@edu from 1 Dec 2011. Because of this, Current e-mail using DEEPMail will be closed. We have notices and requests in accordance with this change.
Your kind attention to the above would be highly appreciated.

Notes

●　Current e-mail service of Educational Computer System (DEEPMail) will be closed at the end of May, 2012.

●　Messages sent to the e-mail addresses of the current system (.ecs.kyoto-u.ac.jp) will be forwarded to the new e-mail system or other destinations until the end of May, 2014.

１．Please move the new email service.

■ If you are a student or aren't a staff.

２．Please set the message forwarding．

For forwarding messages sent to the current e-mail address, we use your forwarding address set to the current system (DEEPMail).
If you need forwarding of messages, set forwarding address to the current e-mail system until the end of May 2012.
