Kyoto University provides a variety of support systems to assist students in many aspects of campus life. These support organizations work together to offer the University-wide Orientation Program.

This year, the orientation will be conducted via Google Workspace. Please log in to the site below and complete the program between April 1 (Wed) and April 30 (Thu), 2026.

You will need your ECS-ID to log in.

Because some functions are limited on smartphones or tablets, we recommend completing the orientation on a personal computer.
If you are currently setting up your PC or cannot access one, please view the program at the ICT Commons (Shared PC Area) located on the 1st floor of the Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies (South Building).

Notes on Access:
If you are already signed in to Chrome with your personal Google account, after logging in to the site, select “No” when asked, “Do you want to log in to Chrome with a new profile?”
If you wish to access the site from an Android smartphone, please use your browser’s incognito mode or add the Google account linked to your university email address to your device.

Your university email address can be checked by going to Kyoto University Account Management, selecting “Change the parameters, such as the password, extension, forwarding address of Student Mail (KUMOI) and so on.” → “Login to Setting” → “Change account info” from the left menu.
