情報環境機構 教育用コンピュータシステム
利用者各位

教育用メール（DEEPMail）宛てに一部携帯電話からメール送信された場合，メールを受信出来ないことがあるとわかりました．
利用者の皆様には大変ご迷惑をおかけしております．

現在原因を調査中ですが，具体的な対策方法・対策時期などはまだ判明しておりません．
対策・回避方法など追加の情報が分かり次第，情報環境機構 教育支援グループホームページ等にてアナウンス致します．

恐れ入りますが対策がされるまでの間，以下の 2 点で対応していただきますようご理解とご協力お願い致します．

1. 教育用メール宛てに携帯電話からメールを送信することを控えてください．
2. 送信相手に携帯電話からメールを受信できないことがあることを伝え，極力携帯電話以外からメールを送信してもらうことを伝えてください．

We found that some emails from some cell phones may not reach DEEPMail(https://mail.ecs.kyoto-u.ac.jp/). 

We are trying to identify the cause of this fault. If it is identified, we will announce it at the following url:

To avoid troubles tentatively, we’d like to ask your cooperation as follows:
- Avoid sending e-mail messages from a cell phone to DEEPMail (https://mail.ecs.kyoto-u.ac.jp/).
- If you found cases that some messages from cell phones couldn’t reach to DEEPMail, Please ask the senders to retry sending with other e-mail environments such as PC.
