Web ブラウザの Google Chrome を使って，教育用コンピュータシステムの DEEPMail (https://mail.ecs.kyoto-u.ac.jp) にログインできないという不具合が発生しています．

【対処方法】 (1) or (2) の方法で対処してください．

・(1) Internet Explorer，Firefox，Safari 等，別のブラウザでご利用ください

・(2) どうしても Googole Chrome でログインしたい場合は，次の操作を行ってください（自己責任でお願いします）．

- 〔Windows XP or 7 の場合〕 Google Chrome を右クリック >> プロパティ >>  ショートカット >> リンク先にある "chrome.exe" の後に１つ以上のスペースをあけて "--disable-ssl-false-start" を追加してください．

本現象は，メールサーバの負荷分散装置に起因したものであるため，装置のファームウェアの更新待ち状態にあります．解決までしばらく時間がかかると思います．ご迷惑をおかけしており，大変申し訳ありません．（2011-01-31 追記）

We have a trouble that DEEPMail (https://mail.ecs.kyoto-u.ac.jp/) is not available with Google Chrome.

(1) Use other browsers.  For example, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.

(2) You can log in to the system with Google Chrome at your own risk.
Follow the instructions below.
 (for Windows XP, Windows 7 only)
- Right-click the Google Chrome icon
- Select Property
- Select Shortcut
- Add ' --disable-ssl-false-start' after 'chrome.exe'
