【Already restored】 Network error in Kumatori（Kyoto University Research Reactor Institute),Ohtsu（Center for Ecological Research）

Today, there was a network error not to be coneected because of the unstable circuit in Yoshida, Kumatori（Research Reactor Institute） and Ohtsu（Center for Ecological Research）.
・Date of occurance：Oct.10(Thu),2015 15:10～19:10
Network connection and extension were unavailable, however, everything excluding the PPTP connection to Research Reactor Institute was restored.
PPTP connection service was also restored around 21:20.
