Online MATLAB workshop (for teachers and students)

publication date : Apr. 1, 2024

Kyoto University has introduced a Campus-Wide License (CWL) for MATLAB and Simulink starting in 2023. More than 10 years have passed since the birth of deep learning, and AI is now used in various services and products, becoming an indispensable technology in our daily lives. Many people may feel that it is difficult to learn about the structure and implementation procedures of deep learning, which has become the basis of recent AI technologies, due to its complexity. In this workshop, we will explain the mechanism of deep learning using images and provide hands-on experience using MATLAB online training (Introduction to Deep Learning), which can be performed with a web browser, for those who would like to learn or try deep learning.

The workshop will be held online.
