2015 Kyoto University New Student Orientation (For New Graduate student)

Instead of Student account (ECS-ID) lecture, from the new academic year 2015, Institute for Information Management and Communication, Library Network, and Agency for Health, Safety and Environment are going to have a new student orientation
to support the smooth start for education, research activity, and student life at Kyoto University.

New graduate students, please attend the orientation with your student ID card, ECS-ID notification, and a set of material in
an envelope you received on an orientation of your affiliation.

The outline of the orientation is as follows.
•Use of library service
•Working on environmental consideration, accident prevention, health examination
•Use of Student account (ECS-ID) and Information environment of Kyoto University

<Time table> 【Main place: Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies, South Building (Yoshida South Campus)】

※ You can attend an orientation excluding the fixed date of your graduate school.
Please note that you may not be allowed to attend it if the capacity of the room is full.
