Where do the files stored on the old system?

Files saved prior to FY2022 are no longer available to the owner as of March 2024.

Files saved by senior students on the VDI(Windows) or on the VDI(Ubuntu) prior to FY2022 are stored in the following locations and will be accessible from April 2023 until March 2024. Please copy the necessary files to "Windows (M: drive)", "Home (Linux)" or OneDrive.

Windows:

Files in the old cloud storage (NextCloud)

Files on old M drive

Old (N:)

Old (O:)

Ubuntu:

Files in the old cloud storage (NextCloud)

Files on old home directory

/old/NextCloud

/old/home

Please be aware that the available space in the Windows (M: drive) and/or Ubuntu home directory is limited to 5GB for each.
