Billing of usage fee for FY 2015 is scheduled in October, January and March.As for the billing of October, it will be charged in the following manner.

1. Deadline for changing the payment item and the billing month is September 14 (Mon) 17:00 and the contract after the date will be charged in January.
2. If you miss the deadline in the contract, please contact to the Research Information Section beforehand so that we can charge it in January.

As for Kyoto University operating expense, the billing will be determined on September 14 although the budget is expected to be transferred later. Please note that the changing the payment item is not available after billing is determined.

In case that you need changing the billing month for any reason, please contact us via email portal*kudpc.kyoto-u.ac.jp (please replace*with @). Please note that the subject of the email should be as "changing the billing month" and fill in the following requirements.

• Payment item of that billing month you want to change (Example: u99999x)
• Billing month which you want to change (Example: January)
