Kyoto University has introduced a university-wide license for MATLAB and Simulink starting in 2023, and MATLAB is characterized by its ability to visualize theories with simple code that corresponds to mathematical formulas and is easy to understand and apply. We will show you how you can use MATLAB in your classes by demonstrating some of its applications.

The workshop will be held online, and we hope that all faculty members who are planning or considering the use of MATLAB will attend.

[How to join]

Click the "Login/Login" button in the upper right corner of the PandA Gateway page.
Log in with your SPS-ID/ECS-ID.

(1)From the menu, select "Membership," then "Available Sites," and click the "Join" link for "MATLAB Workshop. If you can't find it, type "MATLAB Workshop" in Search. After clicking "Join" or if you have already registered for a site, click on the "Currently Participating Sites" tab and "MATLAB Workshop" will appear.

(2)Just before the time of the workshop, open the "MATLAB Workshop" website and click "KU Zoom" in the menu on the left side of the screen.

(3)Even if you are unable to participate for some reason, please refer to the outline of the "MATLAB seminar" site by following the procedure in (1). We will inform you about the release of the recording at a later date.
