All-Department Organization Guidance (New Student Orientation_2024/04)

Kyoto University has a number of organizations that support students in various aspects of their lives, and these support organizations work together to provide guidance to all of them.

The University-wide guidance this year will not be conducted face-to-face as in previous years to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, but will be streamed via the Kyoto University Learning Support System (PandA). Please log in to PandA between Monday April 1 and Tuesday April 30 and take the course by referring to the following guide to take the All-University Organization Guidance.

●University-wide Institutional Guidance Site (for graduate students and enrolled students 2024/04)

Please access to the PandA login page
and select "All-Department Organization Guidance (Orientation_202404)".

※ Please access and take the course between April 1 and April 30.

You will need your ECS-ID to login to PandA.

Please note that learning on PandA should be done on a PC
(smartphones and tablets have limited functionality available).

If you do not have a PC or network environment,
please visit the ICT Commons (shared PC area) on the 1st floor of the Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies, South Building.
