　教育用コンピュータシステムのサテライト演習室等のPC端末，プリンタは2012年1月から2012年2月にかけて順次入れ替えを行います．それに伴う以下の事項についてお知らせいたします．

　１．各サテライト・ＯＳＬでのPC端末,プリンタ等の機材置換え
　２．置換え後の新設パソコン端末の利用について
　３．新設の教育用コンピュータシステム（以降，新・教育コン）構築作業に伴うサービス停止
　４．新・教育コンの試験運用
　５．新・教育コンの正式サービス開始

利用者の皆様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが，ご協力ご理解のほどお願いいたします.

１．各サテライト・ＯＳＬでのパソコン端末,プリンタの置換え

　期間：　1月18日（水）～2月29日（水）
　
　各サテライト教室の展開スケジュールにつきましては,以下のURLをご参照ください．

• 撤去日の前日まで，今までどおり現行パソコン端末が利用（３．を除く）できます．
• 撤去・工事・搬入・現調・評価の期間は，サテライト・ＯＳＬは利用できません．
• 最後の評価の翌日から，新設パソコン端末を暫定利用できます．
• 新設パソコン端末につきましては，2月29日までシステム移行中ため，端末利用環境の変更やそれに伴う，端末の一斉シャットダウンなどが発生することがあります．その旨，予めご了承の上でご利用ください．

２．置換え後の新設パソコン端末の利用について

• 新設パソコン端末からは，2月27日以降でないと現・教育コンのご利用者のファイルにアクセスすることができません．
• 2月27日以後の新設パソコン端末は，Home Directory（M:) フォルダ内にOLDフォルダが表示されます．このOLDフォルダ内に現・教育コンのファイルが存在します．利用者の方は，必要なファイルをマイドキュメントフォルダ直下に移動または複写してください．OLDフォルダは１年後に削除します．

３．新・教育コン構築作業に伴うサービス停止

　期間：　2月20日（月）～2月26日（日）

　ファイル移行や利用者情報の移行等を集中的に実施するため，サービス停止期間中は下記のサービスが利用できません．

• 現行および新設パソコン端末の利用　（プリント出力およびUNIX利用を含む）
• 利用登録
• パスワード変更
• 現行の情報コンセントサービス（2月20日をもってサービスを終了します）

　※教育支援サービス（WebCT），ECS DEEPMail および全学メール(学生用メール)のメールサービスは利用可能です．

４．新・教育コンの試験運用

期間：　3月1日（木）～3月4日（日）

新・教育コン全体の移行完了に伴い，全システムに関わる通常環境における
　試運転期間とさせて頂きます．本格稼動に伴い発生する問題点については
　極力，この期間に調整し新学期に備えます．

５．新・教育コンの正式サービス開始

期間：　3月5日（月）

Term: From January 18 to February 29

•  Until the day on which the old PC terminals are removed, the present PC terminals are available.
• While constructing of new system, PC terminals are not able to be used.
• The day after last assessment day, new PC terminals are available provisionally.
• Until February 29, the environment may change and sometimes the system will be forced shutdown remotely. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

2 Attention when using the new PC terminal

• Until February 27, from new PC terminal, you are not able to access your file located in old PC terminal.
• On February 27 and after, the “OLD” folder will appear under “My Document” at new PC terminal. As necessary, move or copy the files from “OLD” to “My Document”.
• “OLD” folder and its containers will be deleted in a year.

3 Outage due to the build of a new system.

Term: From February 20 to February 26

• During the service disruption, the following services are stopped.
• Use of old PC terminals and new PC terminals
• Acquiring ECS-IDs.
• Changing your password
• Current Network Outlet Access in OSLs (End of service on February 20)

※WebCT , ECS DEEPMail and Student Mail(Live@Edu) are available.

4 The test run of the new system.

Term: From March 1 to March 4

This term is the last trial operation.

The new system will be adjusted and be prepared for the new school year.
