PC Terminal Services provides a storage area on the network as a place to save files created by users.
The area refers to the "Documents" and "OneDrive" on the explorer for Windows, and your home directory for Ubuntu.
If you save a file to the area on the network, your network drive will be called up when you log in to the terminal, and you can handle the same file no matter which terminal you use.
