[KUMOI] Student mail not available in some mailers

Student mail (Microsoft 365) not available in mailer (Thunderbird, macOS Mail app, etc.).

Due to a setting on the Microsoft side, there is a problem with the mail application not being able to send and receive mail via POP and IMAP.
This may be resolved by using "OAuth 2.0" (advanced authentication) instead of "normal password" (basic authentication).

According to Microsoft's policy, basic authentication will be completely discontinued from October 2022, so normal authentication will not be available in the future even after restoration.
