As the result of our investigation on this issue, we have confirmed that there was no trouble in which the "Submit" button was clicked but not accepted. We are very sorry for issuing the wrong information. We also inform that we have reminded students to click the "Submit" button when submitting their assignments.
Attention on PandA assignment submission

The example screen shot shown in the notice dated November 29, 2021 was due to a specification change in which draft submissions are to be displayed as "No Submission" in the Assignment List screen since the version upgrade on March 8, 2021. This has been further changed to be displayed as "Ungraded - In process" since January 25, 2022.

In the rare case that a student submits a report to the assignment tool, the report will not be accepted and will not be submitted.

Normally, submitted reports will be updated to the status of 未採点(ungraded) (or sometimes 遅延(late)). However, in rare cases, the report may remain 未提出(un submitted) in the instructor's list.

In that case, if you sort the assignment by "状態"(Status) in the list, it will appear above the other graded assignments, and you will be able to see which assignments have already been graded.

If you uncheck the "Sakai Grader" checkbox and click on the report, you will be able to access the updated report of student.

If you have any questions about the status of your submission, or if you have received an inquiry from a student about a submission that has not been processed properly, please try to check this process.
