In order to perform the license authentication required when starting Microsoft 365 Apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) for users of ECS-ID/SPS-ID provided by our university, you are asked to enter your email address on the Office license authentication screen and click the "Next" button, but in rare cases, the screen will not transition to the university's integrated authentication screen, and

or
- 0xCAA301F? (? is any one character)
is an error code that we have confirmed may occur.
Note that in some cases, waiting for a short while (about 1-2 minutes) will cause the screen to automatically reappear and transition to the integrated authentication screen, so if the screen does not change after waiting a short while, close this error screen using the blue button in the lower right corner, close all the Microsoft 365 Apps screens that are running, and then start them up again and perform the same license authentication again.
Furthermore, if you restart the app and the same error message appears again, please wait a little and then restart your device and try to authenticate the license again. We appreciate your cooperation.
