[Already resolved]Failure of VLAN fixed connection of VPN services(IKEv2 and OpenVPN)

Currently, fixed VLAN connections of IKEv2 and OpenVPN are not available.
VPN connections without a fixed VLAN connection are available. Until the recovery, please use VPN without VLAN fixed connection
The system is back to normal.
