【Already restored】 Network error in Kumatori(Kyoto University Research Reactor Institute),Ohtsu(Center for Ecological Research)

Today, there was a network error not to be coneected because of the unstable circuit in Yoshida, Kumatori(Research Reactor Institute) and Ohtsu(Center for Ecological Research).
・Date of occurance:Oct.10(Thu),2015 15:10～19:10
Network connection and extension were unavailable, however, everything excluding the PPTP connection to Research Reactor Institute was restored.
PPTP connection service was also restored around 21:20.
