平素は教職員用メール（KUMail）（以下，「KUMail」という．）をご利用いただきありがとうございます．
平成26年7月1日付事務連絡（教職員グループウェア掲示板：https://www.tam2.adm.

DEA9E049257D07001E2866?OpenDocument）等でお知らせしましたとおり，このたびKUMailのレスポンスを改善するために新しいディスク装置を導入します．導入準備に伴い，KUMailのシステムを停止して保守作業を下記の期間で実施しますのでお知らせします．

システム停止中は，KUMailのメールを読むことができなくなりますが，届くメールは，上流のサーバ(KUINS)で留め置かれ，再開時に遅れて届きます．
長期間のメールサービス停止となり，利用者各位には大変なご不便・ご迷惑をおかけしますが，ご理解よろしくお願い致します．

停止期間：平成26年7月20日(日)午後6時から21日(月・祝)午前6時までの12時間(予定)

※保守作業の進捗状況により停止期間が若干変動することがあります．
※保守作業が一定部分まで終了した時点で，メール機能を順次再開します．
※保守作業が完全に終了した段階で，正式な再開のアナウンスをします．
※トラブル等が発生した場合は，情報環境機構ホームページ（http://www.iimc.kyoto-u.ac.jp/）にてお知らせします．

メール機能再開作業概要：KUMailに届くメールの受取りを開始した後，転送機能の有効化，受信サーバ(POPS/IMAPS)機能の有効化，送信サーバ(SMTPS)機能の有効化，WEBメール機能の有効化，を順に再開する予定です．

Thank you for using Faculty and Staff mail (KUMail).

The KUMail service will be temporarily stopped from 18:00 on July 20th (Sunday) to 6:00 on July 21st(Monday・National holiday) because of disk reconstruction to improve the performance. You cannot use mail service temporarily during stopping the system. But the arriving mails are held on the upstream server (KUINS) and will be delivered later.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Mail services will be available again step by step. First, we will enable users to receive mails. Then the functions of forwarding mail, receiving by POPS/IMAPS, sending by SMTPS and web-mail will be provided in turn.
