Thank you for using our mail hosting service.

This is a notification that IIMC will perform server replacement
maintenance as follows.
The server is the outgoing mail server ( smtp-auth.kuins.kyoto-u.ac.jp )
with authentication which is used for the mail hosting service.

• Maintenance Window: July 8th (Monday) between 9:00 am and 9:30 am
• Point of Changing the specification: Email attachment size per email
  will be changed to maximum approximately 20 MB.

※The service will be available even during the maintenance window.
※This maintenance will not affect the users.
※You don't need to change your mail client setting.

If your authentication is required after the maintenance, please login
again with SPS-ID or ECS-ID.

As of now, this service allows you to set email domain addresses which
is not offered by our mail hosting service as a sender.
However, we are planning to restrict domain addresses only to our mail
hosting service domain gradually.
