【Supercomputer】Special Maintenance on the Login Nodes in the System B and C

A special maintenance on the laurel1, laurel2,laurel3, and laurel5 login nodes in the System B and C will take place as below:

Those four login nodes will remain available during the periods by carrying out the maintenance work on those login nodes in order. However, please be noted that all the sessions while logging in to those login nodes will become disconnected at the start of maintenance processing. You can use the "hostname" command to check the name(s) of the login nodes that you are currently using.

When a session is disconnected, please re-login by specifying "laurel.kudpc.kyoto-u.ac.jp".

* The SAS services are NOT available during the maintenance on the laurel2 login-node.

It turned out that there was a problem in the operation of SAS of statistical analysis software due to updates of laurel2.kudpc.kyoto-u.ac.jp on June 26th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

To avoid problems, we wil return laurel2.kudpc.kyoto-u.ac.jp to the state before the maintenance in the following schedule.

When a session is disconnected, please re-login by specifying "laurel.kudpc.kyoto-u.ac.jp".

The system maintenance has been completed, and all services are now restored as norma. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
