  The new Authentication Federated ID will be available from the following.
  Authentication Federated ID service

• KUINS Visitor's account service, Kyoto University
  The new issuance for those who stay temporary in Kyoto Univerisyt will be stopped as of the end of September,2017 and it will be shifted to the visitor's account issuance function of the following Authentication Federated ID service.
  Visitor's account can be issued only to Faculty and Staff as well as the old service. Please make use of it from the following.
