To all users of All-University mail(KUMail)

For the announcement of the trouble of printing out the KUMail screen in the IE as of June.15, it is due to the Windows Update and yet to be solved at the moment.

Therefore we ask all users to use another browser(Firefox,Google Chrome etc)however you can print out the long mail which required the scroll of the screen with the following ways in case you don't install another browsers. Please try them.

【How to prevent the error in the IE】

(1) Choose the mail you want to print out and click[その他の操作]-[印刷] (This is the same way.)
(2) Another windows open. right-click on the text and choose [すべて選択]. On the condition that all the text were chosen, click [印刷].
(3) Printer dialog opens. Change the page range to 「選択した部分」 and print it out.
