【Terminal Service】Connection from some Mac devices to virtual desktop may fail.

For all VDI users,

If you have updated your M1 Mac device to the latest version, you may experience the following symptoms that prevent you from connecting to the VDI device from Safari.
In this case, we recommend using Google Chrome as the browser to connect to the VDI.

Apr. 2022 We have confirmed resolving the symptom with the latest version 12.3.1 of macOS. Please use the latest OS.

  • Devices and browsers that cannot use VDI
    The following symptoms have been observed when using the latest Safari version 15.1 on a Mac with an Apple M1-CPU.
  • Symptoms that occur
    After pressing the "Connect" button from the VDI reservation screen, the login screen of the VDI terminal is not displayed.
    " The connection has been lost. Attemting to reconnect your session for 5 minutes. " message will be displayed in this case.
