Dear users,

IIMC will perform maintenance work on the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) System on August 17 during the summer vacation, making some services related to the MFA or campus accounts (ECS-ID/SPS-ID) unavailable.

This maintenance work was completed at 1:15 p.m., and the suspended services have been resumed.

On August 17, from 9 AM to 9 PM, you will NOT be able to:

• Activate your campus account (ECS-ID/SPS-ID).
• Change the password for your campus account, the extension number linked to your SPS-ID, or the forwarding address for your KUMOI address linked to your ECS-ID.
• Configure the One-Time Password settings.
• Change your email address to receive a One-Time Password for the MFA.

Other services not listed above will not be affected by this work.
Note that once the maintenance is over, you may be asked to log in again. In that case, please sign in as always.
