Hosting Webpage service is provided using the general-purpose computer system of IIMC, Kyoto University.
The current system will be updated to the new system in December due to the expiration of 4-year- manamgement period.
The service will be suspended as follows during the time due to this operation.

・VM hosting service

During Dec.1~22, the VM will be suspended after adjusting with users.
Suspension hour will differs depending on the amount of data in VM. We will announce the suspension hour in arranging the schedule.
We will send users mails asking their schedule. Thank you for your cooperation.

※In using VM hosting service with VMWare option, the suspension of the service due to the operation won't occur. We will carry out the rebooting VM after shifting.

※For the suspension of the service published in each VM, we will ask VM users to announce the service recipients.

・WEB hosting service(Webpage service)

Publishing the Web site, updating contents and mail forwarding won't be available some day in December.
The mails received during the suspension will be delivered after restarting the service.
We will announce the date of suspension on deciding the exact date.
